An Important Update on Our Sourcing, Safety, and Pricing

To my valued clients, for years, building relationships with local farmers has been a core part of my business. However, to accommodate the scale and volume of our larger events, we occasionally supplemented our inventory by relying on larger, commercial distribution networks. Given the recent, severe public health surge of the Cyclospora parasite across the country, I am completely shifting our operations. To reduce the contamination risks associated with industrial supply chains, we are prioritizing local farming partners. Moving forward, 100% of our fresh fruits and vegetables will be sourced exclusively from our local farming partners, regardless of event size for any raw foods (salads, grazing tables, etc.).

 

Immediate Price Adjustment

Sourcing exclusively from independent local farms means higher quality, stricter oversight, and a safer plate—but it also comes with increased costs. Therefore, our base pricing will increase effective immediately. Rest assured, if you already have a booking, your original price will be fully honored. Thank you for standing with me as I prioritize food safety and support our local agricultural community.

Our Story
Flavor Essence

Chef Reyaña Radcliff grew up in New Orleans where famously unique cuisine was everywhere. Her Dad and Grandmother both taught her traditional Creole & Cajun dishes, as well as basic cooking methods at an early age.
