Our Story: Exotic Tastes, Modern Flair

The story of Your Braisen Chef LLC begins in New Orleans. Chef Reyaña Radcliff was raised surrounded by the aromatic spices of Creole and Cajun cuisine. Taught by her father and grandmother, she mastered New Orleans-inspired dishes before her mother introduced her to the soulful world of Southern comfort food.

Driven by a vision of artisanal catering, Reyaña attended Johnson and Wales University—the "Harvard of Culinary Arts"—earning degrees in Culinary Arts and Food Service Management. Her journey included catering for conferences at the U.S. House of Representatives and serving as an Executive Chef in Charlotte’s premier country clubs. In 2020, she launched her own brand to provide inclusive catering options and elevated culinary experiences for the North Carolina community.
